⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 💪🏻 Day 11 of #StrongFlexyShoulders #UpwardFacingPlank . 💪🏻 ⠀ ⠀ We’re alllllllmost done with this challenge and I hope you’re all still with us! Our shoulders have been all sorts of stretched & strengthened and some of us are probably sore! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Today’s pose is great for targeting our #Pectorals & #AnteriorDeltoids (and a great stretch for front of ankles too). ⠀ Lift hips UP as you roll shoulders back, broadening & lifting chest. Press down with your feet and squeeze ankles toward each other as you let your head drop back.
