Prečo chceš byť vo vzťahu niekým iným, keď môžeš byť sama sebou? Prečo sa chceš stále meniť, keď ťa tvoj partner miluje presne takúto? Je na teba nátlak, chápem. Na instagrame nájdeš mnoho fotiek žien, ktoré sú od teba chudšie, vyššie, majú krajšie vlasy, sú úspešnejšie (alebo sa len tak tvária), muži ich chcú a majú zmysel pre módu.

Drahá, snaž sa oddeľovať instagram od reality. Neprotireč svojmu priateľovi, keď povie, že si tá najkrajšia priateľka, akú môže mať. Nehádaj sa s ním a nauč sa prijať kompliment. Buď sama sebou – taká sa mu najviac páčiš. Keď robíš niečo, čo miluješ, horí v tebe oheň. Si šťastná a nadšenie neskrývaš. Neskrývaš žiadne emócie, tak neskrývaj ani svoju podstatu.

It's only been 2 days since we had to leave Greece but we’re already reminiscing about those gorgeous little streets with pink flowers all over 💕🌸 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We've been to several different islands during our trip not one like the other and we loved them all 🥰 but all for different reasons… Paros here was the most picturesque with pretty little villages like Lefkes full of colours – blue shutters, pink blossoms, yellow lemon trees – and one corner more beautiful than the last one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How about you? Je s tebou rád, tak sa nezmeň na niekoho, s kým bude nešťastný. Ak ťa ľúbi, vypočuje ťa aj vtedy, keď máš pesimistickú náladu, no ak sa premeníš na kôpku nešťastia, aj on bude nešťastný.

Užívaj si prítomnosť. Teš sa z toho, že ste spolu, prejavuj mu lásku a nemysli na zlé veci.

Let us introduce ourselves 👋🏼! Cause it’s been a while and there are a lot of new faces here we thought it’s time to quickly introduce us again! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6 years ago the two of us met at the library of Frankfurt University in Germany where Jo studied law & I was in business school. Jo had watched me for a few weeks already and finally was brave enough to throw a little paper with a lovely message & his number on my table (you’re not allowed to talk there). The next day we had coffee, the next week we had lunch every day and we soon knew that this is it 💕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As life is we moved in together, both finished uni & got our first jobs. However we both pretty soon noticed that this was not the life that’s meant for us and we started to make different plans… we decided to follow our dream to see the world & wanted to make a living from it… we’ve seen so many successful people on Instagram and though we could do that just as well and started. Said done we quit our jobs, sold our furniture, moved our stuff to our mums’ got a camera, packed our bags and left for a 9 months adventure around Southeast Asia. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With a background in law & finance we surely had no clue what we were doing at the beginning but we just loved to be creative & to learn something new together and we always knew that if it doesn’t work out by the end of this 9 months trip we’d be able to go back to our old life. However we loved it so we did everything we could to make it work and now 3 years later here we are and are proud to say that by now we learned how to handle a camera 📸😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Btw for those of you wondering, JoVi is a mix of both our names JOhannes & VIvian and we just added the Travel as this is what the account is about…

Ak sa však neustále porovnávaš, nebudeš šťastná, pretože porovnávanie je veľká chyba. Prečo sa porovnávaš s inými ženami, keď ste úplne neporovnateľné? Prečo sa snažíš napodobniť niekoho iného?  Vieš s kým máš právo sa porovnávať?

Sama so sebou. S tým, kde si bola minulý rok a kde si teraz. S tým, ako si milovala a prejavovala lásku vtedy a ako ju prejavuješ teraz. Rob všetko na 100%. Všetko alebo nič. Nerob veci polovične, pretože to ich potom nemusíš robiť vôbec. Rob ich naplno, pretože potom nebudeš nič ľutovať.

Miluj. Vášnivo. Nežne. Skutočne. Úprimne. Všetko sa ti vráti dvakrát viac.

Tvoj priateľ chce iba teba a miluje iba teba. Nie niekoho iného. Teba. Tvoju dušu a tvoje srdce. Neskrývaj ich, daj im priestor na to, aby sa mohli prejaviť a uvidíš, že sa začnú diať zázraky.
