Jej životom bolo herectvo a žiara reflektorov. Keď sa ale dala dokopy s princom Harrym, na tieto veci musela zabudnúť. Po svadbe dokonca prišla aj o svoje priezvisko Markle a stala sa z nej Meghan, vojvodkyňa zo Sussexu. Od apríla sa ale všetko zmení.

Meghan s Harrym sa rozhodli vzdať sa kráľovských povinností a odsťahovať sa z Anglicka. 31. marca sa vzdajú všetkých šľachtických titulov a stanú sa z nich len dvaja obyčajní ľudia. Meghan prijme aj nové priezvisko svojho manžela a stane sa z nej Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor. Mamička malého Archieho ale za veľkou mlákou nezaháľa a už si našla aj prvú prácu.

Pred kamery sa síce zatiaľ nepostaví, ale je len otázkou času, kedy ju obsadia aj do nejakého seriálu či filmu. Takmer všetci ju poznajú práve zo seriálu Suits, v ktorom sa pekne zviditeľnila. V poslednej sérii sa kvôli kráľovským povinnostiam už ani neobjavila. Od spoločnosti Disney ale teraz dostala jednu ponuku, na ktorú hneď pristala.

Už 3. apríla na kanáli Disney+ bude odvysielaný dokumentárny film Elephant, ktorý narozprávala práve Meghan. V druhom filme s názvom Dolphin Reef zase budeš môcť počuť hlas herečky Natalie Portman. Ide síce zatiaľ o malú rolu, no začať niekde treba.
